Jodie lives in Wells-next-the-Sea and is the founder of Happy Helpers, as well as Happy Huts Beach Hut Rentals in Wells. After working in London for an Airbnb management company, she identified a gap in the market for reliable, on-the-ground, ad hoc support for property owners and launched Happy Helpers to provide trusted local assistance.

Harry is a chef by trade and currently Head Chef at The Globe in Wells-next-the-Sea. Alongside supporting Happy Helpers, he brings a practical, hands-on approach and a wide range of skills gained through years of varied experience.

Mia moved to Wells-next-the-Sea in 2025 with her partner, Peter, making it very much a family affair. She works in procurement at the Kinnerton chocolate factory in Fakenham and brings a highly organised, detail-focused approach, shaped by both her analytical background and hands-on experience in hospitality.

Peter moved to Wells-next-the-Sea with his partner, Mia, in 2025 and is currently Restaurant Manager at Flour, our favourite local pizza restaurant. With a background in hospitality management, he brings a practical, calm and solutions-focused approach to everything he does.

Andy runs Mulligans Property and Garden Services, providing a wide range of services including kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry and fencing. With years of experience and a practical, can-do approach, he brings a highly organised, detail-focused mindset to every job.

Ian moved to North Norfolk after retiring from the Met Police and has since gained extensive local experience, including running a pub and his own holiday let cleaning company. Having been part of The Happy Huts team for many years, he's a trusted and valued member of the team, known for his practical skills, reliability and friendly nature.

Kitty brings a wealth of experience from her background in property management. Now running her own private events business, she combines exceptional organisation, attention to detail and a friendly, professional approach, making her a fantastic addition to the Happy Helpers team.

Lisa lives in the Burnhams with her family and her young pup, Hester. A trained counsellor, she is now working towards opening her own home pottery studio. Having been part of the Happy Huts team for several years, Lisa brings a friendly, caring approach and a wealth of local knowledge to her role with Happy Helpers.

David was born and raised on the North Norfolk coast and works as a flint wall builder by trade, often found hard at work on local building sites. With years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and extensive local knowledge, David brings practical skills and a reliable, friendly approach to every job with Happy Helpers.

Fakenham born and bred, Tracy lives locally and looks after several holiday lets across the surrounding area. From cleaning and laundry to dealing with the unexpected jobs that come with holiday letting, she knows exactly what it takes to keep a property running smoothly and guests happy.
